CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Not sure which class to take? Below you’ll find detailed descriptions of our pole, lyra, silks, hammock and grounded classes to help you choose!

Pole Classes


  • New to pole? Start your pole journey with Foundations at Flutter! Get ready to learn / Gain confidence as you learn the foundations of pole with different techniques for basic spins, tricks, and dance elements all the while getting a fun sexy (?) work out! You will use everything you learn in this class as you progress to the next levels. (Graduation by instructor required to move up to the next level).

    No prerequisites or dance experience necessary! Come dressed ready to move – it’s recommended to wear athletic shorts and a top.

    Please do not wear jewelry during class and do not apply lotion prior to class.

    WE RECOMMEND TAKING THIS CLASS 4-8 TIMES BEFORE PROGRESSING TO BEGINNER POLE.

  • Well, well, well.. It looks like you’re on the move! Welcome to level 1! Start making your way up the pole with basic climbs, learning new grips, challenging yourself with more advanced spins, sits, and more on both spin and static pole. You’ll connect all of these move into combinations on the floor AND in the air. But don’t worry, all at your own pace.

    THIS CLASS REQUIRES GRADUATING FROM FOUNDATIONS OF POLE, OR INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL

  • A bit of everything! Suitable for students brand new to level 1 as well as those who have progressed into beginner and intermediate inversions. This mixed level class will dive into a bit of everything on both spin and static. As a student, you will continue to work at your level as you dive into more conditioning, advanced spins, climbs, and poses, and if you’re ready, inversions!

  • Let’s Spin!
    Ready to flutter around the pole? Want to learn some cool spins and shapes?! Take your pole game to the next level with this class!

    Must be cleared for Level 1

  • You are getting stronger and have been consistent with your pole journey! Now it’s time to take it up a notch.

    This class requires graduating from Pole 1 and cleared for Pole 2 or instructor approval.

  • Get ready to soar!

    You’re feeling confident with your spins, grips, and inversions. It’s time to put them all together with more advanced combinations and transitions.

    Working through both grounded and aerial combos, you will work on your strength, fluidity, and flexibility as you string together your spins, poses, and inversions.

    Feeling a little shaky? Don’t worry! It’s all at your own pace. Wait, sorry, you said you want to kick it up a notch!? That’s okay too!

    Modifications and progressions will be provided to suit your needs.

  • Welcome to the upside-down! This class will focus on strength, conditioning, and technique to help you start working into your inversions from the ground up, both on and off the pole. 

    CHOREO CLASSES

  • Curious about the world of burlesque? In this class Pole meets Burlesque.

    This is an all level POLESQUE experience where you will learn the art of “tease” and take it off techniques to entice your audience and leave them wanting more.

    Utilizing the pole as a prop you will incorporate different items of clothing and move to exude confidence while commanding the stage. 

    ALL LEVELS WELCOME

  • Alright - It’s time to turn up the heat (and maybe dress accordingly too!). Get ready to unleash your seductive energy as you learn a choreographed dance routine in a fun and comfortable environment. You will definitely be feeling yourself as you work on sexy and steamy movements and transitions both around the pole and on the floor.

    Pole heels are strongly encouraged but socks work too! Knee pads are HIGHLY recommended.

  • Let’s Dance! No Shame Here!

    Welcome to the side of pole where you can let your hair down, hair flip, body wave, and twerk.

    You will learn a chore that will make you feel sexy, sassy and discover your inner spice shamelessly.

    This class is dedicated to those who just want to dance, move and feel themselves! Heels or not! It maybe on spin, it maybe on static, You maybe on the floor or on the pole!

    All levels welcome! Modifications will be provided as needed! Heels and Kneepads are highly encouraged but not necessary.

  • Looking to effortlessly flow and glide through your movements? Slink & Burn is just what you need!

    You will learn a slinky sequence that combines different exercises, stretches and flows. this is a great cross training class to take if you wan to get stronger, more flexible and expand your knowledge on how to engage your body to perform better and avoid injuries!

    And the best part? Everything you learn will be put into a sequence that you’ll be able to freestyle and flow with at the end of class!

    This is an all level class and highly recommended for both polers and aerialists!

    Knee pads, socks, and heels are strongly suggested but not mandatory.

  • Looking to spice up your heels sequences or maybe you’re looking for new ways to get on and off the pole?!

    Learn how to shift and dance through different floor positions, movements and flows utilizing the pole.

    From kips to fans, rolls and handstand, we do them all! Bring knee pads, socks, heels if you have them ( not required) shorts, long pants and a shirt to cover your shoulders!

  • This all-levels class explores movement using the floor as your apparatus. Learn the art of sensual movement as you melt and glide across the floor.

    Bring knee pads, leggings, socks, and a slidey shirt. Pole dance heels - optional. 

  • This choreography class is based on the lower half of the pole and floor, with a focus on slow and slinky movement.

    Come prepared with socks, heels (if you love them) and knee-pads; but really, wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable when you dance.

Aerial Classes


Lyra Classes

  • Welcome to the circus! You will learn to mount (AND dismount- don’t worry you won’t be stuck up there!), spin, and execute introductory moves while beginning to build strength and flexibility.

     Feeling a bit shy about joining in? Don’t be! This class is for EVERYONE and for all skill levels. Come prepared by wearing workout attire that covers the shoulders, torso, and legs. Jewelry should be removed or left at home. 

    WE RECOMMEND TAKING THIS CLASS 4-8 TIMES BEFORE PROGRESSING TO BEGINNER LYRA.

  • The hoop is your new boo now and you are ready to keep the good vibes going! Feel strong and confident as you continue to learn various shapes, poses, and transitions as you progress into longer and more fluid sequences.

     THIS CLASS REQUIRES GRADUATING FROM FOUNDATIONS OF LYRA, OR INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL

  • You are on cloud 9 and floating on air (hah) with the Lyra and are ready to take your relationship to the next level (have ya’ll moved in together yet?). Flexibility, strength, confidence, and grace will all elevate in this intermediate course with more challenging conditioning, moves, and transitions (both in AND on top of the hoop!)

  • In this class we will utilize what you have learned in Lyra 1 & 2 and get into more advanced techniques such as span set, drops, and more advanced hangs. 

    Pre-Req: Must have been cleared for Levels 1, 2 & 3.  

  • Double the fun! In this class students will explore the art of partner work on the lyra. This class will focus on mounting and dismounting with a partner, mirrored tricks, partner balance, and unique shapes and transitions specially designed to work for two. 

    You must be cleared for Lyra level 1 or Instructor Approval.

Silks Classes

  • Let’s Fly

    In this class you will lern the foundations of aerial silks. You will learn to wrap, basic climbs and foundational shapes that will make you feel like a aerial pro!

    This class is for true beginners. If you have taken more than 3 or 4 silks class consider taking the All levels Silks or Silks 1 & Up if cleared by an instructor.

  • In this class you will learn the foundations to advanced techniques of aerial silks. This All Levels Silks class is geared to give you a ix of techniques to suite all levels. From the beginner to the more advanced . We do ask for our patience since this is a mixed level class.

    All Levels welcome. Intro to Silks is highly recommended prior to taking this class.

  • Ready to take your silks game to the next level?

    In this class you will learn to take your aerial silks to the next level with more advanced wraps, climbs and shapes.

    Must be cleared for Level 1 Silks or Instructor approval.

  • Who said conditioning can’t be fun?
    In this class you will utilize our aerial apparatuses to strengthen and condition your body so you can fly with ease!

    Your instructor will guide you in strength building and foundational exercises using different aerial apparatuses.

    One day could be Lyra, another day could be fabric and the next could focus on a little bit of both!

Hammock Classes

  • This hammock may not be for napping (well…maybe sometimes), but you will learn to get nice and cozy with this new apparatus. Build strength and flexibility as you learn various entrances into the hammock, techniques, and sequences.

    This class is for EVERYONE and all levels! Come prepared with workout attire that covers the shoulders, torso, and legs. Please remove all jewelry before class.

  • Work from the ground up as we Flo through a series of different techniques, sequences, and poses in the sling.

    This class if for EVERYONE and all levels. You will be given modifications or progressions as needed. Come prepared with workout attire that covers the shoulders, torso, and legs. Please remove all jewelry before class.

  • A different way to stretch! With the help of aerial hammocks, this class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength through stretch and other low-intensity flows with the hammock.

Grounded Classes


  • This all-levels class is designed to increase your mobility and range of motion, to reduce tension across your body. This class is a great compliment to any form of movement, 

    especially if your goal is to achieve new poses in your practice.

  • Let’s dim the lights down low and take it extra slow. Cari will lead this sultry yoga class with feel so good sequences and slinky music to help you tap into your divine feminine and embody your sensual side. This class combines hatha and yin styles, and ends with an extended candle lit savasana.

  • This all-levels yoga flow class involves breath, body, and mind, and offers a blend of strength, flexibility, and balance poses.
